FAQ
How soon will I receive my order?
If your anything like us, then you cant wait to receive your order! Therefore we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post and usually should be with you within 1-3 working days. Occasionally for bigger items and orders we will use a courier.
What are your payment options?
Our main payment method is via PayPal. You can pay through PayPal using most major debit and credit cards. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
We also except payment via cheque in British Pounds Sterling. Please note your order wont be sent to you until the cheque has cleared into our account, this is usually up to 5 working days. Please make Cheques payable to Angels and Archangels.
Can I return items?
At Angels and Archangels we hope you are extremely happy with your order and enjoy your angelic items, but we do understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. We do except returns but only if the item is received back to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging it was sent to you in. Items such as Cd’s, must be still sealed in their cellophane packaging and items that are secured in polystyrene such as figurines and vases, must not have been opened. If the above items are returned not in the condition stated above then a refund will not be given.
Please send us an email to let us know that you are returning the item to us, please include your order number and a brief reason for returning the item. All items must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Please send items back in the original packaging and protected safely as any item returned to us damaged, will not be able to receive a refund if it is found to not be in its original packaging. We recommend that when sending an item back to us, you obtain proof of postage.
When we receive the item back into stock, we will issue you with a refund excluding the postage cost both ways, via the payment method you used. Sorry we cannot except returns of earrings due to Health and Hygiene regulations.
How much does postage cost?
We try to keep the postage costs as reasonable as possible. The postage amount is dependant on the weight and sizes of the items in your order. The amount for postage will automatically show once you have added the item/s to your shopping cart.
Can I send my order to another address other than my billing address?
Yes you can, no problem! There is a billing address box and also a shipping address box, so if you want to send the order to a friend or family member, then fill in their address in the shipping address box.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we deliver within the UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland. We are hoping in the future to send to other countries in the EU.
What if I receive an item that’s damaged?
Please contact us straight away via email or phone. All items are checked before they are sent out to you, but sometimes in transit they can get damaged. We will do all we can to either replace the item for you or give you a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
How often do you send out your newsletter?
Don’t worry we wont be bombarding you with emails! Usually the newsletter is sent out once a month.
Will I receive spam or unsolicited emails?
Definitely not! We do not pass on your details to any third parties. Our online shop is safe and secure to use. If you sign up to our newsletter then you will of course receive emails from us to update you of any special offers and new products. In the newsletter we may include information along the angelic theme, that we may feel you will like and enjoy!
Do you have a shop we can visit?
Currently Angels and Archangels is an online shop only. We do attend some Mind Body and Spirit fairs within the Cheshire, Merseyside and Manchester area as and when we can so maybe we will see you there?!
Do you have a catalogue?
To keep costs down we don’t have a catalogue, so our catalogue is our website. If you are looking for something in particular then let us know and we will see if we could possibly get the item in stock for you.
